The current major OEM aircraft manufacturers (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier, etc.) trust us by integrating Shockform products into their repair specifications as their reference equipment for roto-peening.  They have also adopted the SmartPeen® as a mobile unit for peening and forming parts of large dimensions, such as wing panels, fuselage skin, etc.

Engine manufacturers (Safran, GE, Rolls Royce, etc.) have also integrated needle peening (Spiker®) as an asset for retouching areas on engines components such as blades, spools, rotor, stages, etc. without the risk of FOD.

Spiker®-ES Needle Peening for Controlled Pneumatic Needle Peening

The Spiker®-ES has been developed with aero engines manufacturers for repairs directly on the engine with no risk of Foreign Object Damage (FOD). With the Spiker®-ES, peening is performed using tungsten carbide needles and the process parameters are continuously monitored, controlled and recorded.
